Multiversos is a multifaceted building complex in the shape of an "L" with 3 floors, which includes several functionally independent spaces. The complex is divided into two large volumes, which, intersected by an interior lobby, give rise to a common square connecting and distributing the various "universes”. 

As a whole, the building totals 4,552 sqm of gross construction area, set on a 5,700 sqm plot, the second largest in the Quinta da Barca subdivision.

This project is presented as a modular concept, bringing together multidisciplinary services and valences within the health, social, educational and cultural universes.

With a license issued for the facility and the architectural project approved, UKONCEPT INVESTMENTS is proposing a new approach and functional perspective for the future in the way social, cultural, educational and health services are articulated. An innovative way of reducing discrepancies and gaps in the values considered, especially when they are common areas and fundamental to well-being.
