UNIVERSES AND VALENCES ACCEPTED

This project includes, among many other activities, the inclusion of accommodation services such as residences of various kinds and types, often referred to as cohabitation residences, senior residences, nursing homes, support homes, residential homes, or others, as well as new solutions based on monitoring and/or providing services, or all those that constitute innovative and differentiated responses to society, such as those recently approved.

The project considers the existence of buildings, or parts thereof, in which activities and services are developed, with or without accommodation, such as primary health care units, care and treatment centres for physical, chemical and mental recovery or rehabilitation, long-term care, gyms, massage/spa centres, sports activities, meeting and social support facilities, centres, cultural or exhibition centres, art galleries, multipurpose rooms, multifunctional spaces for children and adults, training, schools and educational activities, from kindergarten to higher education, or even specific educational units, academic research, research centres, etc.

LEGAL FRAMEWORK

KYC - Know Your Customer - procedures are an essential function for assessing and monitoring customer risk, as well as a legal requirement to be complied with, in compliance with national and international ethical, operational, administrative and legal standards for the prevention of money laundering (AML - Anti Money Laundering) (Law No. 83/2017; Regulation No. 279/2019).
